The structural designers and product stylists have more than 5 years of work experience and can conduct a comprehensive analysis of the mold structure and product structure (including: mold demoulding slope, product surface microcosm, pouring system design, exhaust system design, cooling system design, etc.) The most important and most common problems of these molds will be repeatedly tested during mold structure design.
The design of the cooling system is a relatively cumbersome task, which requires consideration of the cooling effect and cooling uniformity, as well as the impact of the cooling system on the overall structure of the mold; the determination of the specific location and size of the cooling system; the cooling of key parts such as the movable mold or inserts; the cooling of the side slider and side core; the design of cooling elements and the selection of standard cooling elements. Our company began to analyze these series of problems when designing the mold. The mold uses circulating water to flow in every part of the mold, which reduces the cooling time during injection molding, improves the production efficiency of the product, and greatly reduces the production cost.
